Buyer shall not sell any illumin8er® products on the internet, through ebay or any other internet authorized site without the written permission from 2C Products LLC. Buyer shall not use any images or logos unless given prior permission in writing from 2C Products LLC. Payment

We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard and paypal. We can also take your details over the phone  (tel: +1 386 322 8069) if you are not comfortable with using your credit cards on-line.

Shipping information

Currently we can only ship to the US.  International shipping quotes upon request illumin8erled@gmail.com

USPS/UPS flat rate shipping of $9.95 (Continental US only) on all orders.

Please note that UPS will not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses, ensure you use a valid postal address during check out to avoid your merchandise being returned.

All orders will be shipped from our Florida warehouse either UPS or U.S. mail service.

Merchandise returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on any damaged or unused products valid for 30 days from the date on your receipt.

Non-faulty items will require return postage to be paid.

We require that you first phone customer service at 386 322 8069 to receive your RMA number. (A Return Merchandise Authorization) You can also email us at illumin8erled@gmail.com with the subject, RMA request.

Returned merchandise must have the original receipt and original packaging with your RMA number clearly written on the receipt and outer packaging. We do not accept returns with a COD (charge on delivery).
